"I found Elaine Hill, owner of A Classy New Look, in the Yellow Pages! I liked the name of her company, and it appeared that she lived fairly close to me. The first time I met Elaine was at the initial in-home consultation. (I am sure she shuddered when she walked in my home!) Decorators have always intimidated me – but that was not the case with Elaine. I felt that we “hit it off” from the beginning. By the end of the consultation, I knew that she had a keen insight into my decorating taste.
After we got the project started, when I knew Elaine was decorating in my home, I could hardly wait to get home at night and see the magic she had woven! I also loved to see the interesting ways she would make use of accessories I had already. In addition, she is extremely talented in making unique floral arrangements.

Immediately after reaching agreement on the work, Elaine began to demonstrate the knowledge, wisdom and sensitivity that characterized her style of execution through out the project. She spent time learning the individual and collective tastes and preferences of the family before any work started. She used that information to streamline the decision-making process.
